30,000 Base (plus additional auto allowance $400/mo) - 1st year commission potential $15K - Top Reps 120KThe Account Manager is responsible for planning and executing the overall sales activities within a set geographical territory. Responsible fornew business development,building and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining quality standards and account management. Pipeline Sales Activity is crucial to the success in this role and driving revenue to achieve company financial objectives.

We pride ourselves on establishing bona-fide partnerships with clients, ensuring their labor-oriented needs are met timely and on budget through our unique Total Labor Support program serviced by our trained Field Representative, a.k.a., Sales Representatives. These sales supported services include, labor productivity consultation, staffing of high- caliber craftsmen and various training programs and services. Together or individually, our services help contractors greatly improve their workforce productivity while reducing their labor costs.

Requirements

Major Responsibilities:

  • Maximize account potential and exceed quarter over quarter, year over year revenue growth and profitability goals.

  • Develop new business opportunities that align with our ideal client profile that result in long term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

  • Serve as a conduit to coordinate customer requests and resolve escalated issues ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.

  • Build and Sustain Strong Client Relationships

  • Pipeline and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software management

  • Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities

  • Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meet all client needs appropriate to their business

Job Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a high-energy team environment

  • Self-motivated and goal oriented with a proven track record of Success.

  • A "team player" attitude is expected. We find that individuals who have a true passion for sales and are commission-driven

  • Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills along with the ability to prioritize activities to ensure client satisfaction is required.

  • College degree desired, but not required. Industry knowledge is a definite plus, but not required.

  • Word, Excel, Outlook or equivalents experience required

  • Experience and success using a CRM is a plus.
